The Ask
CNY is the most important family holiday over a year but also the most busiest time of restaurant. Yet, chef, our customers, are usually not able to go home for reunion during CNY. How could we help Chef to express love and caring to family while they were absent meanwhile build up a emotional bonding with them?
The Answer
"You may late for new year, but your care to family won't be late."
came out with this concept following by a series material, films, mobile engagement, social post...etc. From concept delivery to offline landing execution, we showed our support to chefs as well as helped them showing the care to family.
